Bangbros anal com loira safadinha - TV’s First Century

This week marked the 100th anniversary of the first television transmission—though it only had an audience of one, the British inventor John Logie Baird. On October 2, 1925, Baird successfully transmitted an image of a ventriloquist’s dummy in his laboratory. Excited, Baird ran around the building looking for a human subject and finally found a 20-year-old office boy named William Taynton, who became the first person ever televised. Baird’s invention, however, was greeted with ridicule or apathy by much of the public and scientific community. Even Taynton was unimpressed. “I don’t think much of it, Mr. Baird,” he said after seeing those first grainy images. “It’s very crude.”

If the U.S. Congress can’t agree on a federal budget for the upcoming fiscal year before the last budget expires—or if legislators can’t temporarily extend the last budget—the government shuts down. So it happened at midnight on October 1, with the result that federal employees were furloughed and nonessential services were discontinued. In previous shutdowns, the effects were muted at first but were felt more strongly the longer it took lawmakers to resolve the impasse.
